48V 150A INTELLIGENT DUAL-CHANNEL SERVO MOTOR DRIVE
It is a high-power low-voltage intelligent dual-channel servo motor drive. This drive can simultaneously control two servo motors and internally uses a 32-bit high-performance MCU. It employs advanced motion processing algorithms to achieve internal electronic differential function. The driver utilizes the Hall signals from the motors as rotor position feedback and can control motor movement using external incremental encoders (1000-2500 lines) or various rotor position sensor signals. It supports speed open-loop, closed-loop, position, and torque control modes. It has two independent driver chips, two encoder processing chips, and two Hall signal processing chips. Additionally, it has multiple fault alarm functions.
There are two operating modes: independent mode and hybrid mode.
In independent mode, the two motors can be controlled completely independently, with separate input signals for each motor. The speed and direction of each motor can be controlled individually.
In hybrid mode, the two motors can be controlled synchronously (forward, backward, left, right). There are up to 8 control signal options available (wireless remote control, joystick, potentiometer, analog, frequency, pulse width, RS232, CAN bus).
